"All of us can think of a book... that we hope none of our children have taken off the shelf. But if I have the right to remove that book from the shelf -that work I abhor- then you also have exactly the same right and so does everyone else. And then we have no books left on the shelf for any of us."

Tai Chi is a low impact exercise derived from martial arts. There is no charge for this class.

Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation that can improve arthritic symptoms, balance, and physical functioning.  It is the metabolic equivalent of a brisk walk.

Join us for a morning renewal!  Enter at the Midland Avenue (south) entrance.

This program is co-sponsored by Teller County Public Health and the Rampart Library District.
