Tai Chi is a low impact exercise derived from martial arts. There is no charge for this class.

Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation that can improve arthritic symptoms, balance, and physical functioning.  It is the metabolic equivalent of a brisk walk.

Join us for a morning renewal!  This program is co-sponsored by Teller County Public Health and the Rampart Library District.
