Meeting Rooms

Availability of Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms may be scheduled during hours the libraries are open. If Woodland Park RE-2 schools are closed, then the library will also be closed and any meeting will need to be cancelled. There will be a minimum charge of $25 for the clean-up fee, unless the room is left in its original condition.  Meeting Rooms must be cancelled 48 hrs in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of time scheduled.  To cancel call 719-686-8515.

An event planned for the Rotary Terrace at WPPL may have to be cancelled in the event of inclement weather unless the large meeting room at WPPL is also booked as a backup. Both the Rotary Terrace and the large meeting room at WPPL should be booked at the same time if a backup is desired.

Please note: The Library has a limited number of chairs and tables, and we may not be able to completely accommodate all meeting capacities. Please contact scheduler for number of chairs and tables available.

Submission of a meeting room application indicates acceptance of the Meeting Room Policy. Please read carefully.

A meeting room will NOT be reserved until payment is received.

To reserve a meeting room please fill out the Meeting Room Application Form
